These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pairavilaw.com and your participation in the text message (SMS) program operated by Pairavi Law, P.C. Please read them carefully. By using this website or enrolling in our messaging program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using this website, submitting a consultation request, or enrolling in our SMS program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use this website or enroll in our messaging program.
These terms apply to all visitors and users. If you are using the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Using this website, submitting the consultation form, sending an email, or exchanging text messages with Pairavi Law, P.C. does not create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship with Pairavi Law, P.C. is formed only when the firm and the client execute a written engagement agreement signed by both parties. Until that agreement is in place, we are not your attorneys and we are not acting on your behalf.
Because no relationship exists before an engagement agreement is signed, information you send us at that stage may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege, and the firm may already represent an adverse party. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until we have confirmed in writing that we can represent you.
If a statutory or contractual deadline applies to your situation, do not rely on this website or on an unanswered message to protect it. Employment claims in California are subject to strict filing deadlines, and missing one can extinguish your claim entirely. Call our office at (310) 789-2063 to discuss timing.
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney who has reviewed the specific facts of your situation.
Employment and labor law changes frequently and applies differently depending on the facts, the employer, the jurisdiction, and the timing. Nothing on this site should be acted on without professional counsel. Prior results described anywhere on this website do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
We may suspend or terminate access to the website at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms.
